Jungle Ride – Explore the jungle by horseback

  • Location: Onsite Ride, Green Acres Ranch, Hummingbird Highway
  • Description: Half Day Tour or Combine with Inland Blue Hole, cave Tube, Xunantunich, or Zoo
  • Recommended Wear: closed shoe, long pants, cap
  • Level: Moderate (horseback riding)
  • Pace: Includes brisk walking.  Intermediate riders can enjoy cantering during a portion of the ride

Green Acres Jungle Horseback Saddle up at the Green Acres Ranch for Horseback Jungle Adventures!  Nestled in the valley of the Maya Mountains, we offer the best horseback riding experience in Belize.

Our jungle rides are approx one and a half hours to three hours depending on rider ability.  Delightful leisurely rides meander through orange orchards, across gentle streams, and wide jungle trails at a steady pace ideal for  novice riders, inexperienced riders, and kids.  

More adventurous and accomplished riders will enjoy energetic two hour to three hour brisk walks, trotting and cantering across rivers, up hills and through the jungle and among unexcavated Maya temples.
