Casa Ventanas: Our new one bedroom, over-the-water bungalow is designed in the same style as all of our other villas. It is thoughtfully appointed with every imaginable comfort, custom-crafted furnishings and amenities. This unique bungalow is the most intimate, romantic and most popular accommodation on the island. Casa Ventanas is at the end of a dock that stretches over 150 feet off the island for the ultimate in privacy. Surrounded on all sides by the beautiful, turquoise blue Caribbean Sea, Casa Ventanas is a picture perfect window into the exotic water world of Belize. Rates range from US$1095 to US$3195 per night
Rates include: Personal Butler Service, 3 tailored meals per day; guest's favorite snacks; rack bar drinks, beer, sodas, fruit juice, bottled water (drinks exclude wine, dessert wine, champagne and cordials); San Pedro Airport Greeting; Cayo Espanto offers a scheduled, daytime, boat launch to/from San Pedro daily and all non-motorized activities (this includes the use of sea kayaks, pedal boats, sail boat and spin reel fishing tackle).
• All prices are in U.S. Funds. Rates are exclusive of an 9% Government Tax.
• All rates, prices, or promotions subject to change without notice (or until a deposit has been confirmed).
• Meals and drinks (excluding wine and Champagne) are included in the above rates.
• Meals are served in the houses for private dining or on the various docks or in our dining palapa.
• A varied cuisine is available. We tailor menus for each guest.
• We can meet the need of most special diets and requests.
• Rates do not include a 9% Belize Government Tax charge, and a 15% resort fee.
• Rates are per night, per couple, per house (except full island bookings).

• There is a three-night minimum stay on Cayo Espanto (Excluding Holidays) We do make exceptions depending on availability.
• There is a seven-night minimum stay, per holiday, over the Holiday Season - Our Holiday Season is December 16 through January 7.

• Full island rates are per night for 16 guests maximum. (there is a reduction in price if there will be less than 16 guests)
