Resorts Parrot Cove Lodge
Situated on the beach just south of the village of Hopkins, Parrot Cove Lodge is an adventure resort centrally located between the reef and the rainforest.
Resort
Situated on the beach, Parrot Cove Lodge is the perfect Caribbean getaway. The beachfront is ideal for lounging, and the proximity to the Barrier Reef and atolls make diving and snorkeling accessible and convenient. Hidden in the landscaped courtyard, the pool reflects the resort’s intimate atmosphere of a private retreat. The waterfall tumbles over a mosaic mural of playful dolphins, the perfect spot for relaxing with a drink and a good book. The Village of Hopkins is 1-1/4 miles away by road (exit right from our front drive) and ride for approximately 10 -15 minutes. Easy riding! If you need transportation into Hopkins Village, cab service is available, and arrangements can also be made for transfers to and from other locations within the country.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily at the restaurant and can be served either outside on the deck, in the open-air patio, or in the air-conditioned indoor dining room - all with picturesque views of the Caribbean Sea. We have recently remodeled our dining room, bar and kitchen to reflect the Caribbean motif of our new menu. There are also neighboring resorts with restaurants and bars located on site. You have the option of dining out at a variety of places or you may venture into the Village of Hopkins to experience a typical Belizean meal.
Guests have free use of our bicycles, kayaks, and snorkel gear (complimentary snorkel, mask and fins when used on property).
Accommodations
All rooms are air conditioned with private bath, and includes:

Standard: Our standard rooms have one queen-sized bed or two double beds with a sitting area and can accommodate two people.
The suite: has a queen-sized bed with the addition of one futon sofa bed and can accommodate up to four people.
Villa: The villa offers secluded privacy, and has a large bedroom with king-sized bed. It has a complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and air-conditioned comfort. The living room has two futon sofa sleepers. The villa can accommodate up to six people, and includes complimentary breakfast, and all amenities of the resort.
The Jude Beach House is located 500 feet south of Parrot Cove Lodge, a quick walk along the beach or road. With two levels, this seaside house has views of the Caribbean Sea from both inside and out on the deck. Each level rents separately with its own private entrance. Each unit includes kitchen, refrigerator, stove, living room with Queen futon sofa sleeper, patio access to outdoor deck, private bedroom with Queen size bed and private bathroom with shower.
Each level of the beach house sleeps four people and includes all the amenities of the resort property including fresh water pool, free use of bicycles and kayaks, snorkel gear and access to the restaurant and bar. Wireless Internet is available inside the resort restaurant and bar areas.
The Parrot Cove Beach House: This is our premier beach house, located next door to the resort. It has two levels each with their own private entrances. Each unit includes two bedrooms with king or queen bed in each, two bathrooms and a jacuzzi, kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room features a queen futon sofa sleeper. Every room in the beach house offers views of the Caribbean Sea. Each level sleeps 6 people and includes all the amenities of the resort property including satellite TV, fresh water pool, free use of bicycles and kayaks, snorkel gear and access to the restaurant and bar. Wireless Internet is available inside the resort restaurant and bar areas.
Rates
Rate Range: from US$100 to US$325 per night
Rates based on double occupancy. Extra person $25 per night.
Children 12 & under stay Free. Roll-away $20 per night.
NOTE: Holiday season dates Dec. 21 through Jan. 4 requires four night minimum stay for all accommodations.
